Who to blame?

The Nakalele blowhole is one of the attractions that we have on the island. Tourists would come to watch the blowwhole spout water to heights around 30 feet. Tourists wanted to watch the blowhole, but instead came for something that they would not expect. The Nakalele blowhole has signs saying "enter at your own risk".This tourist ignored the sign and danced around the blowhole where a wave pushed him into the blowhole. The mans family wanted to pres charges against th park for not having enough warning signs.  The park may not be held liable for the injuries since they do have warning signs around the park.

The family wants to press charges against the park for not having enough warnig signs, but there was a sign that said "enter at your own risk". Usually common sense if you see a sign that says this it would mean that the blowhole is dangerous. The man was responsible for his own safety, and should've been smart to just stay back with everyone else. He should have not gone near the blowhole let alone dance around it. The right thing would be to just watch the blowhole and stay safe.

People should respect a warning sign no matter what it says if it warns you, or it indicates danger then its a warning. The man wanted to show that he was brave by dancing around the blowhole, but it didn't go well for him or for the people that witnesed the event. If had put no signs about the blowhole then it would be our fault. It would be other peoples fault if they decide to ignore our warning. People should follow the sign and have common sense.
